Brig. General Manzur Qader (Retd)
Brig. General Md Manzur Qader (Retd.) is a dedicated social activist advocating for refugee rights, humanitarian development, and cultural preservation. As an Advisor to the Arakan Rohingya Union (ARU) and ASP Foundation, he champions the safe and dignified return of displaced Rohingya communities while supporting initiatives in healthcare, education, and climate resilience. His leadership at RAC ensures community-driven advocacy and strategic partnerships, amplifying Rohingya voices on national and international platforms.

Mr. Mehedi Kaiser
As RAC Project Manager Mr Mehedi overseas the day-to-day operations of RAC, ensuring that programs are implemented effectively and efficiently.
Mehedi Kaiser is a dedicated development and humanitarian professional with over 16 years of experience working with renowned organizations including UNHCR, UNICEF, Save the Children, CARE Bangladesh, and the World Bank. He specializes in managing and implementing donor-funded projects across sectors such as emergency response, education, livelihoods, WASH, health, gender equality, and child protection. He is working for Rohingya response since 2018. Mehedi brings strong expertise in project planning, budget management, M&E, staff supervision, and stakeholder coordination. His career is rooted in a long-standing commitment to humanitarian service, starting in 1993 as a Red Crescent Youth Volunteer with the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society. He notably contributed to rescue and relief operations during the Rana Plaza collapse in 2013. Mehedi holds an MBA and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Zoology from Dhaka University and is known for his leadership, problem-solving abilities, and field-driven approach to sustainable development.

Mr. Mizanur Rahman
Finance, Admin & Logistics officer, Mr Mizan manages RAC’s resources, ensuring that our programs are delivered on time within Budget.
Mizanur Rahman is a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Professional with over six years of progressive experience in financial management, administrative operations, and logistics within international development and humanitarian projects. He possesses expertise in cash management, budgeting, cash flow management, vendor payments, VAT/TAX compliance and financial reporting—particularly within IOM- and WFP-funded programs.
He is skilled in maintaining accurate financial records, managing bank transactions, processing payroll, and supporting procurement and inventory systems. He also has experience in coordinating logistics for field operations, managing staff and ensuring adherence to donor and organizational compliance requirements.
Mizanur holds an MBS and a BBS (Honors) in Accounting from the National University and is committed to operational excellence, transparency, and supporting project goals through efficient finance and administrative systems.
