Igniting Hope
The Rohingya Advocacy Center (RAC) is a dedicated platform for amplifying Rohingya voices, building leadership, and fostering resilience. Through community-driven initiatives, we aim to create a future where the Rohingya community can advocate for their rights, protect their most vulnerable, and preserve their rich cultural heritage. RAC is an initiative of the ASP Foundation and is funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI).

Advocacy
RAC will empower Rohingya youth and women to become leaders and advocates for their community.

Protection
We will address critical protection concerns, including human trafficking and exploitation.

Cultural Preservation
We will organize cultural activations and compile a directory of cultural artifacts to document and celebrate their heritage.

Partnerships
We are working closely with RAC Donors Agencies (Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI), Government agencies, UN organizations, NGOs, Academic institutions, and Community leaders.
"At RAC, we believe that the Rohingya community holds the key to their own empowerment. By amplifying their voices and building their capacity, we can create a future where they are not just beneficiaries of aid, but active participants in shaping their destiny."
-Brig. General Manzur Qader (Retd)

RAC hosted meetings followed by Iftar in the refugee camps to create linkages with the Rohingya community

During these sessions the Project Director of RAC Brig General Manzur Qader (Retd) introduced RAC and its objectives to Rohingya youth representatives present there while hearing about their needs and expectations. So far, two Iftar meetings have been successfully held, fostering a strong sense of community, inclusion, and solidarity.
